How do I get The Key?
The easiest way to get The Key is online. Register for an account and follow the onscreen instructions, your Key will then be posted to you. You can also visit one of our travel shops at Crawley Bus Station or Redhill Bus Station.
If you are a Child, Student, or Gatwick staff you will need to register in one of our travel shops, with the relevant ID.
- Child (you will need to bring proof of age such as passport, birth certificate or 14/15 Citizencard.)
- Surrey student (you will need your Surrey Student ID card)
- Gatwick Travelcard (you will need proof that you work at the airport.)
