Child key card

Our child key is for young people up to the age of 16 years old. Please apply for an Adult key if this no longer applies to you.

Child key cards can be applied for by downloading an application form here. Once you have completed the application form you can post it together with a passport style photograph and either a copy of a birth certificate or passport to Child key, Metrobus Company, 43 Conway Street, Hove, BN3 3LT.

We will send you your child key with which you can then log back on to this website and purchase 1 day, 1 week, 13 week, 12 month SAVER tickets and Multi Trips at our great value prices for child key card holders. You can continue to use this key card for on bus ticket purchases as well.

Alternatively, child key cards can be applied for in person at our Travel shops at Crawley and Redhill bus stations, or our Arrivals Hall at Gatwick South Terminal. Please make sure that you bring a recent passport sized photograph and either your Passport, Birth Certificate or Medical card for proof of your child’s age to enable our staff to complete your request. Please be aware that during busy periods your key card may not be issued to you straight away and may be posted to you instead.
